Some people love to try all the new fads and diets to see if they can get the results they desire while others cringe at the thought of starting a new diet. Others can be overwhelmed by sheer amount of information available about the different diets to choose from. 

Choosing the correct diet is dependent on physical needs, underlying illness, and personal taste. Addressing nutrient needs as well as eating for enjoyment should be utmost when deciding which type of diet to adhere to.
